April 24 (Reuters) - The S&P 500 climbed and the Nasdaq scaled an intraday record on Friday, supported by renewed hopes for U.S.-Iran negotiations to end the war and a searing rally in Intel shares. .N

At 1330 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.31% at 49,155.81. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.62% at 7,152.69, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.38% at 24,775.95.
