Yorkville Americas plans acquisition of America First ETF

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Yorkville America Equities LLC said Thursday that it plans to acquire the Point Bridge America First ETF MAGA.Z and incorporate its assets into the Truth Social family of exchange-traded funds currently managed by Yorkville.
Yorkville said trustees of the Truth Social funds have approved the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, the firm said.
