Posts rise in fourth-quarter profit helped by higher upstream production

CVE says Q4 upstream production was 917,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day, up from 816,000 boepd a year earlier

Total downstream throughput for the quarter was 465,500 barrels per day, compared with 666,700 bbl per day a year ago

Posts net income of C$934 million ($682.70 million)or 50 Canadian cents per share in Q4, from C$146 million, or 7 Canadian cents per share, a year earlier

In 2025, CVE shares were up 11.6%
