ENERGY

Italy approved a two-percentage-point hike in its IRAP corporate tax on energy firms, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said on Wednesday, to help fund a package of measures aimed at cutting bills paid by families and energy-intensive businesses.

The Italian steel pipe maker reported a 5% rise in net sales for the fourth quarter late on Wednesday, beating analysts' estimates, helped by strong demand for its tubes in North America.

The shipbuilder said on Wednesday it had raised almost 500 million euros after placing new shares worth 10% of its capital through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. As a result of the related capital increase, CDP Equity's stake fell to 64.25%from 70.67%.

LEONARDO LDOF.MI

The defence group said on Wednesday it had signed a memorandum of understanding with Spain's Indra Group IDR.MC to reinforce their cooperation in cyber defence, with the aim of jointly identifying and expanding their international reach within Europe, NATO and in other high-potential markets.

BRUNELLO CUCINELLI BCU.MI

The luxury group's yearly net profit rose by 10,5% in 2025, while revenues met analysts expectations and guidance was confirmed.

The company said it had resumed shipments to Saks Global from the end of January, receiving regular payments, and saw no financial hit in 2026 from the U.S. luxury retailer's bankruptcy. The company foresees an average price increase of 3% for this year.

THE ITALIAN SEA GROUP TISGR.MI

The luxury yacht maker said late on Wednesday that it had agreed a financial strengthening plan, securing a 25 million euro loan from its majority shareholder and preparing a capital reinforcement agreement with banks, following unforeseen extra‑budget items that hit its cash position.

Banca CF+ said on Thursday it had raised the price of its takeover bid for the Italian bank to 1.89 euros per share from 1.8 euros.

Kepler Cheuvreux on Thursday cut its rating to 'hold' from 'buy' and raised the target price to 16 euros from 14 euros.

Releases FY results, followed by conference call (1700 GMT).
