BEFORE THE BELL: EUROPEAN FUTURES MIXED, LSEG EYED, LOTS OF EARNINGS
European shares were set for a mixed start on Wednesday amid a heavy batch of earnings in the region, before the focus will shift to key U.S. jobs data.
EuroSTOXX 50 futures inched 0.1% lower, while FTSE contracts added 0.3%.
Investors were also watching the London Stock Exchange Group after the Financial Times reported that activist investor Elliott has built a “significant” stake and is engaging with the company to drive performance.
