Shares of telehealth company Hims & Hers Health HIMS.N fall 3% to $18.74 premarket
Danish drugmaker Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO on Monday sued HIMS over patent infringement of semaglutide, the active ingredient in its blockbuster weight-loss pill Wegovy
HIMS also withdraws its $49 compounded version of semaglutide after scrutiny from the U.S. health regulator
HIMS stock has fallen for 7 straight days
As of last close, HIMS shares are down 40.5% YTD
