Brazil's Itau expects credit portfolio to expand up to 9.5% in 2026

SAO PAULO, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Brazilian lender Itau Unibanco ITUB4.SA said on Wednesday it expects its total credit portfolio to grow between 5.5% and 9.5% this year.
The lender posted a 12.32 billion reais ($2.35 billion) recurring net profit for the quarter ended in December, up 13.2% from a year earlier and in line with the 12.26 billion reais expected by analysts polled by LSEG.
