Feb 2 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher on Monday, with broad-based gains led by technology shares overshadowing losses in energy stocks pressured by plunging oil prices.
At 09:33 a.m. ET, the S&P/TSX Composite Index .GSPTSE was up 0.42% at 32,056.37 points.
