- Facebook parent Meta Platforms META.O has signed a deal to pay Gorilla Glass maker Corning GLW.N up to $6 billion for fiber-optic cables for its AI data centers, CNBC reported on Tuesday.

Shares of Corning jumped more than 7% in premarket trading.
