
Jan 21 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks staged a modest recovery on Wednesday after the sharpest equities selloff in three months, as investors digested President Donald Trump's speech at Davos, including a fresh push to acquire Greenland.
The S&P 500 .SPX rose 0.30%, the Nasdaq Composite index .IXIC added 0.21% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI climbed 0.33%.
