Software firm ServiceNow's NOW.N shares rise 2.3% to $130.24 premarket after signing deal with OpenAI
The companies signed a three-year deal that will integrate the ChatGPT-maker's AI models into NOW's business software, the Wall Street Journal reports
The deal depends on customers using OpenAI's models within ServiceNow and also includes a revenue commitment from ServiceNow to OpenAI - report
NOW and OpenAI did not immediately respond to Reuters requests for comment
In 2025, NOW fell ~28%
