CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens higher as commodities rally

Jan 14 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened higher on Wednesday, led by mining and energy stocks, as gold and silver hit fresh peaks and oil extended gains amid rising geopolitical tensions.
At 09:32 a.m. ET, the S&P/TSX Composite index .GSPTSE was up 0.1% at 32,907 points.
