Shares of energy tech company Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises BW.N rise 2% to $6.04 premarket
Co announced it has selected Siemens Energy ENR1n.DE to supply steam turbine generator sets for its project aimed at delivering 1 gigawatts of power to an Applied Digital APLD.O AI Factory
BW and Siemens agreed on a limited notice to secure turbine sets for delivery by end-2028, with the full contract expected in Q1 2026
Co earlier signed a limited notice with APLD to design and install four 300 megawatts gas plants
In 2025, BW was up more than three fold
