Australia's Dateline Resources falls on US1 Critical Minerals suing CEO

Shares of Dateline Resources DTR.AX fall as much as 20.4% to A$0.195, their lowest level since August 21

Marks steepest fall since October 28

Earlier in the day Gold and rare earths elements miner said US1 Critical Minerals USC.AX had commenced legal proceedings against its CEO in an attempt to obtain transfer of certain potentially promising rare earth elements tenements in the U.S.

*USC said after market hours on Monday, it has filed proceedings seeking orders to prevent Dateline Resources CEO Stephen Baghdadi from dealing in the U.S. tenements

USC believes Baghdadi, a representative of Apex Resources, may be seeking to repudiate the deal between USC and Apex

DTR says it denies that co, its CEO or entities associated with CEO have any contractual arrangements with USC in relation to such tenements

About 26.3 million shares change hands 1.8 times the 30-day avg

Stock is up over 6000% YTD, including the session's moves
