DAKT names Ramesh Jayaraman as president and chief executive officer, effective February 1, 2026
Jayaraman has 25 years of global operations experience, and recently served as senior vice president and Americas integration leader for Bosch Home Comfort
Jayaraman will also join the board; director and former chairman, president and CEO Reece Kurtenbach to step down
Interim CEO Brad Wiemann to remain through Q3 ending January 31, 2026
Including session's moves, shares up 8% YTD
