Communications technology co says its Netherlands unit acquired a 51% stake in Commotion, an AI software platform with operations in U.S. and India for $25.5 million
Macquarie ("Buy", PT: 2,210 rupees) says customer interaction suite (CIS), used to handle communication across multiple different channels is currently the main drag on co's overall profitability in digital segment
Co expects acquisition to strengthen its CIS portfolio by integrating Commotion's products with its existing agentic Al use cases
Brokerage says it views co as a beneficiary of the surge in data consumption, enterprise migration to cloud, and data localisation
