London-listed miners rise on hopes of US rate cut

Shares of UK-listed miners rise on growing expectations that U.S. interest rate cuts will lift precious metals prices.

Fresnillo FRES.L shares jumped 4.9%, leading gains on the FTSE 100 .FTSE, followed by Antofagasta up 2.6% and Endeavour Mining up 2.4%

Glencore gains 2.2% and Anglo American rises 2.2%, all among top gainers on the blue-chip index
