Promoter entity Whirlpool Mauritius will sell up to 9.5 mln shares in WHIR at floor price of 1,030 rupees per share through block deal, NDTV profit reported citing term sheet - a 14.2% discount to previous close

Additionally, about 1.9 mln shares traded across 12 block deals on NSE at discounts between 9.7% and 11.4% to previous close, as per LSEG data

WHIR did not immediately respond to a Reuters' request for comment

Overall trading vols at 4.7 mln shares so far, 5.8x the 30-day average
