Dating application Grindr's GRND.N shares shares fall 8.3% to $12.69 premarket
Co's special committee has ended its engagement with an unsolicited take-private proposal from large shareholders George Raymond Zage III and James Lu on financing concerns
In October, Zage III and Lu offered to take company private for $3.46 bln or $18 per share
GRND says take-private deal is not in the best interests of the company at this time
Up to last close, stock has fallen 22.4% this year
