Co says it will acquire remaining 49% interest in Soto Norte joint venture in Colombia from MDC Industry Holding Company, valued at US$80 million

Deal includes termination at closing of associated precious metals stream previously granted to Mubadala, co adds

Aris Mining first acquired 20% interest in Soto Norte in April 2022 and subsequently increased its ownership to 51% through acquisition of additional 31% interest in June 2024

Transaction is expected to close by early December
