The Italian Treasury said it would offer up to 8 billion euros ($9.33 billion) in four BTP bonds at an auction on November 13.

The Italian bank had filed an appeal on Monday with Italy's top administrative court over government-set terms for its failed takeover bid for rival Banco BPM, two sources with knowledge of the matter said.

Italy's Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) opposes the payments group selling a majority stake in its digital banking solutions business to U.S. private equity fund TPG, two sources close to the matter told Reuters on Monday.

Italy's biggest mobile telecoms towers company on Monday posted a 5.9% rise in third-quarter net profit to 92.1 million euros ($107.41 million) but lowered revenue guidance for next year.

Raytheon and Lockheed Martin LMT.N will be the major customers of Avio's planned solid rocket motor plant in the United States, the Italian rocket maker said on Monday.
