Company to supply 1.0 million tons per annum (mtpa) of liquefied natural gas to Malaysia's Petronas IPO-PETO.KL for 20 years from its Cedar LNG project

Adds that it enables Petronas to access an additional natgas export outlet for its sizeable Canadian upstream investment, while providing PPL with a stable, long-term revenue stream

Company says $4 billion Cedar LNG project remains on time and on budget, with an expected in-service date in late 2028
