Shares of community lender Blue Ridge Bankshares BRBS.A rise 1.9% to $4.38 premarket
Late Monday, BRBS announced a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share
"This special dividend reflects our Board's ongoing commitment to enhancing shareholder value and is affirmation by our regulators of our strong financial position" - CEO Billy Beale
As of last close, BRBS stock was up 33.5% YTD
