Community lender Victory Bancorp's VTYB.PK shares soar 51.3% to $18.38
U.S. bank QNB QNBC.PK will buy VTYB in a $41 million all-stock deal, the companies announced late on Tuesday
Deal will create a combined bank with nearly $2.4 billion in assets and bolster QNB's presence in Pennsylvania
VTYB shareholders will receive 0.55 shares of QNB for each share held, valuing Victory at $19.58 apiece
Deal represents a 61.2% premium to stock's last close
As of last close, VTYB stock up 13.4% YTD
