** Diversified resource royalty co agrees to sell non-core gold offtake assets, alongside St Ives and Dandoko gold royalties, for $60 million to Vox Royalty VOXR.TO

** Proceeds will be used to reduce net debt

** Co says gold offtakes delivered net return of more than $13 mln since acquisition, reflecting 25% pre-tax internal rate of return
