CANADA STOCKS-TSX opens flat as BoC rate decision looms

Sept 15 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened subdued on Monday, as investors stayed cautious ahead of key policy decisions from both the Bank of Canada and the U.S. Federal Reserve.
At 9:30 a.m. ET (1330 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 0.02% at 29,302.14 points.
