Brent crude futures LCOc1 slip 1.4% to $67.61 a barrel and U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude CLc1 falls 1.6% to $64.54
Shares of United Airlines UAL.O up 4.2%, while Delta Air Lines DAL.N climbs 4.1%
Alaska Air ALK.N and Southwest Airlines LUV.N up 3.2% and 3.5%, respectively
American Airlines AAL.O up 3.7%, while JetBlue Airways JBLU.O climbs 3.9%
S&P Composite 1500 passenger airlines index .SPCOMAIR up 3.3%
The index has dipped 0.8% so far YTD as of Tuesday's close
