Company raises fiscal 2025 net sales forecast to $12.0 billion to $12.1 billion compared with prior projection of $11.5 billion to $11.7 billion

Ulta forecasts annual profit per share to range between $23.85 and $24.30, compared with prior projection of $22.65/share to $23.20/share
