Shares of home improvement retailer Home Depot HD.N down ~2% at $386.70 premarket
HD misses Q2 sales and profit estimates, hurt by reduced spending on large-scale home renovations and do-it-yourself projects
Co posts Q2 revenue of $45.28 billion, missing analysts' estimates of $45.36 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG
HD's adj earnings per share for the quarter came in at $4.68 vs estimates of $4.71
However, co maintains fiscal 2025 forecasts
