Texas attorney general Ken Paxton announces an investigation into several utility companies connected to the Smokehouse Creek and Windy Deuce Fires
The office issues civil investigative demand letters to Xcel Energy XEL.O, Osmose Utilities Services and Southwestern Public Services Company for documents related to the fire in order to ascertain if any Texas laws were violated
Including session's moves, shares are up 5.4% YTD
