** The company agrees to a takeover bid by Advent for about 4.8 billion pounds ($6.38 billion)
** The latest proposal trumps 4.7 billion pound offer from U.S. investment firm KKR KKR.N
** 7 of 10 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 3 "hold" ; their median PT is 3,131p, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Including session's gains, stock has risen 63% YTD
