Boeing BA.N shares fall about 4% to $195.77, GE GE.N down over 2.5% at $233.99 in early trade
India's aviation regulator directs Air India to carry out safety inspections on Boeing 787-8/9 fleet after a crash in Ahmedabad killed more than 240 people
It also orders the airline to conduct additional maintenance actions on the aircraft with GE's GEnx engines, including "one-time check" of the take-off parameters before departure of every flight from midnight of June 15
