UBS finance chief Todd Tuckner voiced his disappointment on Wednesday over proposed new Swiss capital regulations, which he said was the beginning of a possibly long process that the bank intends to contribute to.
GLENCORE GLEN.L
Glencore declared force majeure on some deliveries of cobalt from Democratic Republic of Congo days after the government suspended exports of the battery material, three sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.
Also on Wednesday, Bloomberg News reported that U.S. grains merchant Bunge is close to getting a ruling from Chinese regulators on its $8.2 billion purchase of Glencore-backed Viterra with a verdict expected within days.
