Shares of advertising tech company DoubleVerify Holdings DV.N up 14.5% at $17.10 premarket
DV raises Q2 revenue forecast to $180 mln-$184 mln from $169 mln - $173 mln; analysts expected quarterly rev of $171.2 mln
Company now expects revenue growth in 2025 of 13%, up from 10%; analysts had estimated annual growth of 10.4%
Separately, DV announced a partnership with Lyft LYFT.O for fraud protection, verification, fraud measurements among other capabilities
Up to last close, DV had fallen ~22% this year
