About 23.4 mln shares worth 5.68 bln rupees ($66.44 million) changed hands via block deal at 242.65 rupees as per NSE data
Private equity investor Advent International is selling 1.4% stake in co at floor price of 237.80 rupees, CNBC-TV18 reported on Tuesday
Advent did not immediately respond to email seeking comment
ADTB shares up ~ 40% YTD
