Shares of Corona beer maker Constellation Brands STZ.N up 3.8% at $197.90 premarket
Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway BRKa.N said on Thursday it more than doubled its stake in the company
Said stake grew to ~12 million shares worth $2.2 billion from 5.6 million shares at year end, giving Berkshire a 6.6% stake in Constellation
Up to Thursday's close, stock has fallen ~14% YTD
