
May 12 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.28%.
ALPHAWAVE: Alphawave IP Group AWE.L said the UK takeover panel had extended the deadline for a takeover offer by Qualcomm QCOM.O to May 27.
IG GROUP: IG Group IGG.L said its annual results would meet or slightly exceed the upper end of the market's consensus range, as market volatility due to U.S. tariffs spurred trading.
COBALT HOLDINGS: Cobalt Holdings said it plans to raise $230 million through a global offer and potentially list its shares in the London Stock Exchange.
