British asset manager Intermediate Capital Group ICGIN.L plans to sell PSB Academy, one of Singapore's largest independent tertiary education institutions, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the situation.

Drugmaker Pfizer PFE.N has sold its entire stake in Haleon HLN.L for about 2.5 billion pounds ($3.24 billion) to institutional investors and the consumer healthcare firm at 385 pence per share, a bookrunner for the deal said.

Volkswagen VOWG.DE said it sold a 2.2% stake in Traton 8TRA.DE for 360 million euros ($393 million) or 32.75 euros per share for better trading in shares of the commercial-vehicles subsidiary.
