
March 10 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes opened lower on Monday as President Donald Trump's comments over the weekend fanned worries that a trade war could trigger an economic slowdown, while Tesla declined following a bearish brokerage forecast.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI fell 294.1 points, or 0.69%, at the open to 42,507.65. The S&P 500 .SPX fell 64.8 points, or 1.12%, at the open to 5,705.37, while the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC dropped 355.9 points, or 1.96%, to 17,840.321 at the opening bell.
