The life sciences co issues a termination notice for the share purchase agreement with Lind Global Fund, dated June 27, 2024
The agreement is a private placement of A$100,000 ($62,420) every month over 12 months from June 2024
Co to repay the latest instalment to Lind Global
Invion stock on track for a third consecutive day of losses
Stock down 53.6% YTD, including current session's moves
