LONDON, March 3 (Reuters) - AQR Capital Management finished February with a 2.8% in its Apex Strategy fund which has returned 5.4% so far in 2025, a source told Reuters on Monday.
World markets have had a bumpy start to the year as investors have navigated U.S. tariff risks, geopolitical tensions and a string of weak U.S. economic data that has clouded the outlook for the globe's biggest economy.
Firmwide, AQR Capital Management managed roughly $114 billion of assets as of the end of 2024, Reuters reported last month.
February results for hedge funds running comparable multi-strategy investment funds were not yet available. AQR's $3 billion Apex Strategy trades stock and macro-economic assets, as well as playing off the differences between various financial instruments like currencies and bonds.
