European autos .SXAP and healthcare .SXDP stocks are showing little reaction to U.S. President Donald Trump saying he intends to impose auto tariffs "in the neighborhood of 25%" and similar duties on semiconductors and pharmaceutical imports, each down around 0.1%, and tech .SX8P is actually a bit higher.
Companies wise, the Netherlands' Philips PHG.AS is the stand out, down 10% after it missed market expectations for the final quarter of last year partly due to a double-digit decline in China.
Glencore GLEN.L dropped 7% after it reported its second consecutive year of lower profit.
