Also sees annual adjusted EPS between $1.40 and $1.50 vs $1.23 in 2024
Reports fourth-quarter revenue rise of $888.3 million and adjusted EPS of 55 cents compared to 46 cents a year ago
Says revenue growth from strong performance accross segments including Management Services, Leasing and Other Commissions, and Capital Markets
NMRK rose ~16.9% in 2024
