BUZZ-Evolus rises on FDA nod for anti-wrinkle gels

Cosmetic drugmaker Evolus' shares EOLS.O rise 6.4% to $15.10

Company says the U.S. FDA approved its two new anti-wrinkle gels, Evolysee Form and Evolysee smooth, that can improve the appearance of the face by restoring volume

Adds that the approval was based on a head-to-head study, where both the gels met the main goal of non-inferiority when compared with Switzerland-based Galderma's GALD.S Restylane-L

EOLS plans to launch both gels in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2025
