HYPR says it is raising ~$6 mln by selling ~4.5 mln shares and warrants
Combined offering price is $1.33/shr; representing a 20.4% discount to the stock's last close
Co says it intends to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes
Lake Street Capital Markets is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering
HYPR fell ~22% in 2024
