Co enters agreement to supply natural gas to CloudBurst's data center project in Texas
ET to supply up to 450,000 million British thermal units (mmBtu) per day of natgas to CloudBurst's data center campus
ET says deal is its first commercial agreement to supply natgas directly to a data center
CloudBurst expects to reach final investment decision with its customer later this year, after which the facility will begin operations in Q3 2026
ET stock rose ~42% in 2024
