THAMES WATER: An English court begins a four-day hearing on Monday to decide whether to approve a new debt lifeline worth up to 3 billion pounds ($3.72 billion) allowing Thames Water to stave off nationalisation.
ANGLO AMERICAN: Miner Anglo American's AAL.L diamond unit De Beers finalised negotiations with the Botswana government for a new rough diamond sales agreement and extended mining licences for its joint venture beyond 2029.
