
Jan 21 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.06%.
RACHEL REEVES: British finance minister Rachel Reeves launched a bid to protect car-loan providers from multi-billion-pound payouts in a landmark mis-selling case, with the Treasury taking the unusual step of seeking permission to intervene in the Supreme Court, the Financial Times reported on Monday.
