** U.S.-listed shares of natural gas companies rise premarket as natgas futures climbs about 4% to a one-week high NGA/

** U.S. natgas prices NGc1 up 4.5% at $3.87 per mln British thermal units (mmBtu), on forecasts for colder weather and higher heating demand over the next two weeks than previously expected and record flows of gas to liquefied natural gas (LNG) export plants

** LNG firms NextDecade NEXT.O up 3.1%, EQT Corp EQT.N up 1.9% and Cheniere Energy LNG.N up 1%

** United States Natural Gas Fund UNG.P ETF rises 4.8% and ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas BOIL.P ETF rises 10.5%
