PROJECT WILL BE DELIVERED UNDER DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT WITH CAPITAL MAINTENANCE TERM OF UP TO 15 YEARS
FINAL CONTRACT EXECUTION IS ANTICIPATED THIS SUMMER, WITH SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION TARGETED FOR WINTER 2031–2032
